DrilRite ZanRite-L is a high-performance liquid xanthan polymer additive engineered to build gel strength and improve cuttings transport in horizontal directional drilling applications. When cuttings aren't being lifted and carried cleanly out of the bore, they accumulate — and that leads to stuck pipe, increased torque, and jobs that drag on longer than they should. ZanRite-L addresses that by increasing the gel strength and viscosity of the drilling fluid, giving it the carrying capacity to suspend and move cuttings effectively.

It mixes at 1 quart per 250 gallons of drilling fluid and ships in 1-gallon jugs. For bores in the 6 to 8 inch range, ZanRite-L works best alongside PolyRite, delivering enhanced suspension and gel strength while maintaining viscosity and lubrication. For clay formations, pairing it with PolyRite and SureFlow Clay covers cuttings transport, fluid stability, and clay inhibition in a single fluid program.
