Official Rules – #workbootgiveaway
NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING ARE DEPENDENT ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
- Prize. The winner of the #workbootgiveaway campaign will receive their choice of work boot, with a retail value of not to exceed $250. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for StraightLine HDD, Inc. and/or Source: HDD, Inc. to use the Winner’s name, likeness and entry for purposes of marketing and trade without further compensation.
- Eligibility. The #workbootgiveaway campaign is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of August 24, 2017. Employees of StraightLine HDD, Inc., subsidiaries, dealers, affiliates and their immediate families and individuals living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate. The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes, fees and surcharges. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final.
- To Enter. The #workbootgiveaway campaign begins August 24, 2017 and runs through 11:59 p.m. September 7, 2017. To enter, you must post a photo of your workboots to the wall of your choice of the following Facebook pages:

Entries are limited to one per person. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, social platforms or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If you use fraudulent methods of entry or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission will be ruled ineligible.
- Drawing Method. On or about September 12, 2017, Sponsor will randomly select a winner from the eligible entries. Sponsor will contact the Winner via the social profile data associated with the #workbootgiveaway hashtag. If the Sponsor is unable to contact the Winner within 72 hours, an alternate eligible entry will be randomly selected and Sponsor will attempt contact the alternate entry. This selection process will continue until a Winner is contacted. Winner will supply the Sponsor with boot size/brand preference/style preference/size. Only boots of CURRENT style are eligible for selection. Sponsor is NOT responsible if boot specified by Winner is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. Sponsor will purchase the boots and ship to the Winner. A return shipping label will be provided to the Winner, in case the boots need to be returned. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will post the winning entry on Sponsor’s social media sites.
